Hi,I'm looking to upgrade my old rig in 2-3 months.I have a rig that can handle most games quite well (28-35 FPS),here's my specification;

CPU: Intel Core i5 760 @2.80 Ghz
RAM: 6 GB
GPU: Sapphire HD 6670
PSU: 500 watt
Motherboard: Intel P7H55M-LX

I'm planning to upgrade my cpu to i5 3570k, GPU to GTX 660 ti,and my motherboard to MSI Z77-G45,but I can't decide whether to upgrade my CPU first or my GPU first,thanks in advance.

The GPU is what's holding you back. The i5 760 is still a nice cpu. You could always overclock it a bit if you feel its on the edge of bottle necking your new card. Im not convinced it would bottle neck a 660ti however.
