So I've been using the PSU CALCULATOR.

so the cpu, gpu, the rams dvd drive hdd uses the psu and have its own watts to consume in a PSU.

lets say I don't do multi tasking in a PC(heavy gaming, burning a cd,edting photo at the same time) and I only play a heavy gaming nothing more,is the PSU USAGE is still the same?

More about : wanted psu

There is still a limit. Just because you decide to multi-task and perform heavy gaming, it doesn't mean that you can up the wattage indefinitely. So if your GPU will at most pull in 200W, it will at most pull in 200W.

no man I'm just asking if0 the wattage that I'm using is lesser if I don't do multi tasking than just doing one thing at a time.

Depends. If multi-tasking, you mean a few word/excel/etc + browser, then it won't take up much power at all. Gaming alone will take more power than that. So it really depends what you do. The GPU will use up most of your system power. So anything GPU-intensive will rocket up the wattage.
