help picking a power supply

Howdy folks, I gathered some parts on newegg for a gaming build and I tried to use the newegg wattage calculator but am having trouble still finding which power supply I should use. Here is my build (also, if you want to make a suggestion on my selection of parts please feel free to do so)

I'm missing a few components that will probably be necessary for an accurate determination of a PSU but I don't know what monitor and CPU cooler i should get. the monitor I was looking at is an asus 23" VH236H but that monitor is not in the list available..

Get a 550W-650W PSU from one of the following manufacturers: Antec, Cooler Master (Silent Pro models), Corsair (TX, HX, AX models), PC Power & Cooling, Rosewill (Capstone, Hive models), Seasonic, Silverstone (Strider models), or XFX.

550W is sufficient. But should there be some 650W around the same prices, get the 650W.

No; your monitor has its own power source.

oh wow, I'm sorry I asked that, i knew that... i updated the list with an asus vh238h monitor ( http://pcpartpicker.com/p/10lAy )
but i noticed a compatibility issue at the bottom with my motherboard usb 3.0 header and the tower usb 3.0 header or something.. what does this mean?

It means that your case does not have front USB 3.0 ports. Not a big deal. You can still use the USB 3.0 ports on the back of the motherboard.
