It might be a video card since it mostly happens when I play games and/or stream. Only once it happened when I was just browsing with chrome. The memory is safe (I think) since I made 6 test passes on it using memtest. As for the drivers, I had old ones, and new ones and ones in the middle and to no avail. On the link you sent there is a mention of logitech drivers, I have a g930 headset and g110 keyboard but I doubt these could cause a system-wide error.

My latest one was not a System exception error but a file in a "nonpaged area" so something has changed, coincidentally that was when I disabled my antivirus (avast). I have 3 .DMP files but don't know how to upload them here.

I'd like to tell you how to upload the .dmp files but I've never done it and am not sure how it's done. If you are able to provide more details on the "nonpaged area" error I will be glad to help you find an answer. Just out of curiosity, are you getting different blue screen errors each time or has it now changed to the "nonpaged area" error? I have read that disabling AVAST can cause problems and the best bet is to uninstall it and see if the error disappears.

At first, it was consistently System exemption but after numerous rummaging around with my hardware i got the nonpaged area one which happened AFTER I turned off the shields in avast. Also under PC issues i got "remove the win32/SMALL.ca virus" which showed up after that. I tried removing as windows suggests but it didnt work.

The second link is the one I used before, quite useless in my case :/
The first takes more direct manual approach which is exactly what I've been looking for, although I haven't found the virus in the process tab I'll try to find the file itself.
