In the 1st website, what inside in the name:
A.) Application = IGMP, SIP, H323, MGCP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, RIP, RSTP, RTCP, RTP.
B.) Protocol ID = TCP/UDP, TCP, UDP, ICMP, IGMP.
C.) Type of Service = Normal service, minimize delay, maximize throughput, Maximize reliability, minimize monetary cost.
D.) Type of Service Remarking = the same in "C"
E.) 802.1p Remarking (2nd column) = key net traffic(RIP,OSPF), Voice, Video, IGMP, Key Data.
F.) QUEUE # = Low, medium, high, highest.
G.) I also dont know the Port Range, DSCP range, Vlan ID range, etc.

In the 2nd website, what inside in the name:

*What I want to Prioritize is my "IPHONE4" (Should I also tell the specific application that I want to prioritize in my IPHONE??)

You would match the ip of the iphone and put it in a policy.

Now that is all right in theory but likely it will make no difference at all. The router can only control outbound traffic to the internet. This is seldom the bottle neck. It takes very little to say play utube video. At this point all the major traffic is inbound from the internet. Nothing your router can do except throw it away after it has already eaten up the bandwidth. QoS generally is a complete waste of time when you talk about your general non commercial internet connection.

Now there are a small handful of routers that can place hard limits on the inbound traffic. Say you had a 10m internet connection. You would limit everyone except you iphone to say 4m this would leave 6m for your iphone. This only works with certain types of traffic. It is all based on a theory of causing so many errors and retransmission for a program if it tries to exceed the limit it will slow down. Some programs like bittorrent in response to errors just uses a different session. This too is mostly a waste of time since you have to limit the traffic much lower because of how this error recover works.

QoS really only works when the ISP limits the traffic on THEIR router based on rules you have defined. This is a feature the ISP offer on some commercial accounts and of course this only works between you and your ISP, once you leave their network you have no agreements with other vendors.
