hard drive configuration is not set to the factory default restore aborted

I try to create a factory default disc but I am receiving the following notice "hard drive configuration is not set to the factory default restore aborted"..How can I solve this problem. Thanks

Did you make any changed to the hard-drive before you ran the utility? In order to work, the disk has to be the same as it was when new, no changes in partitions, re-installations of the operating system, things like that.

probably I did but I do not remember what I did exactly..and also If I want to re-install win7 I do not have factory default disc..Do you know how can I format my pc without factory default disc...

You can use any Windows 7 setup disk, but you'll have to pay for the license and download the drivers manually, or you can contact the computer vendor and ask them to send you a disk. They may charge you for it, but cheaper than buying a new system.
