My pc specs:
intel dh61ww motherboard
Core i3 2100 cpu
Nvidia geforce gtx650 ti boost
Transcend 4gb ram
Corsair cx500
I couldnt start my computer today morning, the processor fans and graphic card fan was not working.i thought that may be power supply has failed . Then i changed the power supply with vip 400 the processor fan started but i heard some 3-4 beeps.
I wanted to know whats the problem and does the psu fail harms the hard disk, motherboard , graphic card and processor?

After removing the cmos battery for few minites i reinstalled the battery and the ram ..still im getting 2 long beeps pause 2 long beeps.

It could be the board though or the processor, since neither the graphics card nor the onboard graphics do work.
Hard to say which one without swapping components and testing.
A local shop might help or try RMA-ing both motherboard and CPU. Not sure about the graphics card also.
It seems that the power failure damaged more than the power supply.

i managed to start my computer ... actually i had changed the settings in the bios for onboard graphics to always diable long time ago, i think that might be conflicting to start up my computer with the onboard graphics ,now i installed a spare graphic card and the pc started all normal,, now i think only my nvidia gtx 650 ti boost and corsair cx500 is damaged... looking at my pc specs is the powersupply sufficient and good enough to run the gtx 650 ti boost with my current mobo and processor, i doubt my powersupply isnt sufficient enough thats why it failed...
