Building a 600$ rig equipped with a 650 Ti to game on a 1080p display may result being a bad idea in near future. I'd recommend you to go for at least a 1600x900 display and use the saved money in buying a better gpu, a 650 Ti 'Boost' 2GB GDDR5 one. The EVGA SC ones are the best bang for bucks.
And BTW if you can wait for the Haswell to come. You won't regret.
