Router stopped mounting My Passport 1TB Externl Hard Drive

I live in Belgum. Last week my WD My Passport 1TB External Hard Driver stopped mounting to my Telenet CDN CH6451E Router. The My Passport was connected to the USB port via a hub. My other WD Passport (500GB) still mounts.

Have you changed any settings recently?
Have you tried a different USB Port? ( try switching them round as you know that one works)
