I have been running this rig for two months, intel i5 3570k (oc'd to 4.2 ghz) sapphire 7850, 8 gigs of 1600 mhz RAM and a 1 tb hard drive. all of my games run butter smooth, but ever since i got arma 2 :co for day z i have been experiencing crashes. first it was only day z, it gave me some application error looking like this http://prntscr.com/16t9v7

i have tried uninstalling gametracker, which was said to fix the problem. some people have said that adobe flash player conflicts with arma 2 files so they suggest to uninstall that, but isn't that taking it a bit too far? this was two days ago, yesterday i was playing day z without any crashes, but another game chivalry : medieval warfare was crashing, the message saying "UDK.EXE has stopped working" now i have been finding issues while playing planetside 2, as it has also been crashing. day z has stopped giving me the application errors, but crash saying "arma 2 oa has stopped working"

what could be the error and how can i fix this? i also updated my drivers to the latest beta drivers released on 4/24/2013

yea i totally agree, the only reason he did it was because he had the time, (and he has super fast internet so it only took a day to download his entire game library) I would remove arma 2 :co and put it on an external harddrive. then see if that fixes your other games. i dont really have any experience with issues like that, except with gta 4. with that game i got a similiar error, had to run it in compatibility mode for vista service pack 2, and it still runs like shit on my pc. however that is imo the worst ported game to pc lol i have spent days trying to get it to work and its soo slow.. enough of my rant if removing the game that originally started the problem doesnt fix anything, perhaps try removing flash? other then that i...

I tried that, with Arma 2 OA it pretty much deleted some _anim file or something so i had to launch both arma 2 and OA as if i had just downloaded them, to play dayz. with chivalry it didn't really do anything, i played for around half hour and then the same "UDK.EXE has stopped working" message appeared. With planetside 2 it found 2,133 files, and i guess it removed some game updates when it recieved them.

That seems a bit more like a last resort type of thing, i'm just wondering if anyone else can add some insight. I am on summer break so I do have ample time to restart windows and install the games I want, but it'd be great if I could have some other options.
