I have two of the same computer, I have been running Never Winter Nights on both, one runs it fine the other is choppy. I have replaced the power supply, swapped out RAM with the computer that runs it well, and swapped out graphics card with the PC that runs it well. The game play is still choppy on the PC in question, would a faulty motherboard or processor make a game run slow? I have had both PC's long enough so that nothing came DOA, the game ran fine and now does not.
