Hey guy iv already bought my case and my motherboard and i took out a 1.5 tb wester digital caviar green hard drive out of a external drive enclosure i was wondering if all my componets will work with my chosen psu


Components

Motherboard - ASUS P8B75-M Motherboard

Case - CoolerMaster K280 Case

Cpu - Intel Pentium Processor G2020 (3M Cache, 2.90 GHz

Gpu - Galaxy GeForce GTX 650 1GB GC

Psu - Antec VP450P 450W Power Supply

ram - Kingston ValueRAM KVR1333D3N9K2/8G 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3

Cd burner - Samsung SH-224BB/BEBS SATA DVDRW Drive OEM

will be working on windows 7 i am buying the psu and cpu and cd drive to day thanks

Why that processor? and you should get a bigger PSU, like 550W or something.

@meng2strong because its not that expensive and its a budget build for now and i will be upgrading it later and the psu is on clearence and its not that expensive rite now so i want to buy it and i will upgrade it later and give it to my dad

It just looks like you will get a massive CPU bottleneck and when you come to upgrade you will have to get a new MB and CPU along with a PSU. The graphics card shouldn't be your priority in my opinion. You can always upgrade it later as the new Haswell line is coming out and the built-in GPU actually performs quite well.

@men2strong i have now decided that i will spend abit more money and get a 550 watt psu the Aerocool VP550 550W True Power but i am still keeping my cpu and now i think the build will be alot better and more future proof what do you thing

Like I said, it is a massive bottleneck, you could get the new 4th generation chip and the graphics should be sufficient enough whereas your graphics card will not really be needed because your CPU might not even handle whatever you are doing.
