I am using the i7-3770k stock heatsink for a Xeon e3-1245(sandybridge).
I played with speedfan to throttle the CPU fan and the buzzing/ringing directly correlates to the amount of throttle I apply to the CPU fan. The CPU is running at 33C idle 45C load. Is ringing stock heatsink fans a common issue?
Motherboard: Asrock Z75 pro 3
PSU: Corsair TX650w
