Best cards in the $150-200 price range?

In order please :) like example would be like
#1 nvidia xxx
#2 AMD xxxx
#3 nvidia... so on.

like i wanna get an idea for what cards on nvidias side compare to what cards on the amd side

This is the answer, but to put it in the format you requested, OP:

1. The 650 Ti Boost is currently a little cheaper (in the US) and it's also a few percentage points better in average performance at stock clocks.

2. The HD 7850 overclocks much better though, if that interests you.

Neither card is significantly better than the other. The 650 Ti Boost is the current darling because it's cheap right now. I'd grab that, personally, but YMMV.
