Just noticed when you'l be buying the rig. In 6-8 months a lot can happen, any rig we suggest to you now wont reflect whats best for you when you actually build the rig, if the parts suggested are even available then (for instance the 3770k is set to be replaced in a week, in a few months it will be unavailable as will the motherboard most likely).

I suggest coming back closer to when your building the rig and asking for advice then. Its too far ahead in the future to really give you worthwhile advice.

I know it's a ways away before I'm getting it, but hopefully the parts will still be available at that time. I don't like buying something that just comes out since that's usually the period where bugs and what not come out.
