This is currently the parts I have chosen for my very near future build!
The other parts I have are:
CPU: A8-5600k Black Edition (My brother gave it me when he went to AMD Fanday)
PSU: Corsair 600W Builder Edition (Currently using)
GPU: Sapphire HD 6850 1GB (Will be upgrading this in the future about 6 months)
HDD: 1TB WD Green

My parents gave me a limit of $600 for new computer and I decided to build it around the CPU my brother gave me. I don't know much about the fans so... I will need help on that (and what screws do I need for which fans x.x"). Are all the parts fine? Any suggestion which parts to replace/upgrade or any opinions about it?

You would be better off with an AM3+ based Mobo, since FM2 might be end of life (not 100% on this). So here is what I'd consider, especially if you want a better upgrade path:

* CPU is the best AMD offers and is still quite affordable.
* Mobo should last quite a bit of time, since it's a 990FX based mobo. Also supports front USB 3.0 ports for a case that has them.
* RAM has LOW PROFILE heat spreaders, so you can add just about any aftermarket CPU HSF.
* Best CPU HSF for the $ right now, usually goes for ~$25.
* SSD for OS/Games/Apps. It's big enough to handle most peoples needs for OS/Games/Apps. If you want to spend less (~$60) than get the 120 gb Samsung 840 SSD (usually around $100).
* Case is plenty for your needs and has plenty of upgrade path too.
