No signal on monitor when I connect a HDMI cable to Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7950

I am not able to see anything on the screen, its not possible for me to go into the BIOS.

There seems to be no way I can connect the monitor directly onto the board also.

I just had the same problem with my radeon powercolor hd, what i did is that i put my hdmi cable from the monitor to the hdmi port on the motherboard, then i found out that i for some reason, my computer no longer had the drivers for the graphics card? installed fresh drivers and it worked
