I got a new watercooler the other day, the h100i and decided to do some over locking on my CPU the i7 2600k I got it up to 4.8 GHz and kept it there for about a week then I went to try and push for the magic 5.0GHz which was working fine averaging out at 75 Celsius in games all of a sudden when just browsing the Internet bang. PC turns off and now won't start it just shows me the bios screen and restarts before I have a chance to do anything, Is my CPU burnt out? Or is there any solution to stop this

Try to reset CMOS and see what happens. Without a CPU your system can't POST to check BIOS. Your CPU may or may not be fried, but there may be a synchronization issue. You can try another CPU and quickly load standard defaults and see if the OC'd CPU still works. if you haven't hosed your MoBo. If you hosed your Mobo......well......SOL.
