My Internet drops while playing ArmA 2. Its been happening a lot lately...Please help? If any more details are needed, I will be checking this every half hour. I have tried uninstalling my drivers, but have not yet tried to update them. I am attempting this right now, and will post results.

Adjust your MTU down lower. To make it simple, set it around 1450 on your router. That should help the router out. If you really want, you could adjust the MTU on your computers itself (registry key) and take the load off the router.
You can set static IP addresses (use whatever you're getting from DHCP from the router right now) to take some of that load off it as well.
Worse case, put one computer in the DMZ on the router for testing.
