Upgrading psu from 300watt to a 500watt.

My computer is a ASUS CM1740
and the current psu is http://images.esellerpro.com/2131/I/765/96/acbel.jpg

I'm upgrading the psu so I can upgrade the graphic card.
I have a 60$ budget for the psu, I can stretch it a little bit but only if necessary.

I don't know much about computers and it was less than 2 months ago that I discovered what a psu is.
I really have no idea what to get or what is compatible with my computer.
Please help me. ;)

Why not ditch the idea of upgrading the PSU and purchase the AMD HD 7750 (the GDDR5 version), it consumes only 55Watts and is very power efficent and not bad in performance , i have seen this card in setups with 230W PSU so dont worry, however use this site to calculate your current power supply usage

Looking from the attached PIC, i can see that this card will perform without any issues
