Hi
This is the build I want to get but I want to get some cheaper but still good parts.
Intel Core i5 3570k
ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance CML8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
Seagate Barracuda 500GB ST500DM002
Antec High Current Gamer 620W HCG-620
Sapphire Radeon HD7950 3GB with Boost
BitFenix Merc Alpha Mid Tower Case
Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo Cpu Cooler
2x XSPC 120mm Xinruilian Fan 1650RPM
Samsung SH-224BB/BEBS SATA DVDRW Drive OEM
Netcomm NP900n Wireless N300 USB Adapter
Windows 8 Pro

I would not touch/change your config anymore.
Your build is already optimal.
The only way to reduce the budget is put the performance down such as i5 3470, HD7850 and H77 mobo, but I would not recommend you for it, unless you really can not afford your current specs.
I would recommend to get the normal Extreme 3 or 4 (ATX form) instead of the microATX but it will not save any money.

the parts cost what they cost. your very specific in what you want so your not giving any wiggle room to drop prices. you can of course shop about for rebates and money off offers.
the only real way to save a bit is buy an amd vishera core and some very budget ram. drop the psu down to 550w drop the bitfenix case and swap the 7950 for a 7870. but if you dont wanna do that then i suggest you spend time with google shopping and seeing if you can save a few quid on P'N'P and other offers.
