Hello! trying to build my first gaming comp. in the next few weeks or so that can run bioshock infi, tomb Raider(i already bought the 2 before the promos), and the newer games at high/ultra and I need guidance. my friend already suggested me this

it has no cpu cooler (I can still make way if needed)
our monitor is a 20'' 1600x900
i have external hdd for all my games as well.

Any suggestions will do,price drops, even new builds with intel/nvidia etc. as long as its below 800.
