G.Skill one. Since you're overclocking, or I am assuming you will due to the Intel Core i5-3570K and ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M, you're likely going to have a CPU Cooler. The G.Skill RAM will fit better due to it being low-profile. The Corsair one you have has tall heat spreaders.
