Program which displays GPU load and temps in game?

I've seen youtube videos where on the upper-right of the screen, there is information displaying the GPU load, temperatures, framerates, in-game in real time.

If this sounds familiar to you, where do I download this program and what is it called?

MSI afterburner can do just that with its built-in OSD, its pretty simple to setup, just enable it in the settings and select which options you want displayed, you can even setup a button to show/hide the display.
