I would like to play games like COD and Minecraft at 40-60 fps. This is my build.

APU: AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($119.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A55M-DGS Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($60.59 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 ATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 430W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($14.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ Outlet PC)

~IMPORTANT~
For Internet, I will need to buy a modem. I am planning on a Motorola Surfboard 6141, for $85. If you have better modem suggestions, tell me.

Other Notes:
I have a 1920x1080 montitor with dvi, a mouse, and keyboard.
I use Earbuds for gaming.

If he wanted a gpu he wouldn't be pricing an APU

Are you nuts? Lol.

And that PSU is fine when it's $24. But yea at $40... No way

For 12more if you're relying on an APU I agree. $12 more on an 8GB set isn't much and will help

How about this? It's like 3 bucks cheaper.

If I was doing COD or something kind of graphic intensive on this apu, should I get an Aftermarket CPU Cooler? And, if so, is the Xigmatek GAIA SD1283 56.3 CFM CPU Cooler a good option?

If it is more reccomended I could squeeze in a Hyper 212 EVO.

Yeah, get that one. GOod choice.

For $20, that Xigmatek is decent. It'll help you with overclocking. You might be able to catch the Cooler Master Evo on sale, the price drops to $25 randomly.
