Is it safe to keep AMD Phenom II X4 965 undervolted at 1.184VCore and 3200MHz? It is stable!
After some research, I found out that my motherboard (ASRock - 960GM-GS3 FX), has only 3 phases, and it's not good to have 125W CPU in it...
Should I hurry replacing the motherboard? I was thinking to replace is with Gigabyte GA-970A-D3(and overclock the procesor to 3.6-3.8)...
CPU Cooler: Scythe Samuray ZZ (Cooler is over phases too, cooling them down)

Undervolting is perfectly safe, your most likely problem is instability caused by the chip not getting enough voltage forcing you to underclock, again, a perfectly safe thing to do and both are a common way to keep a dying GPU going as its life slowly ebbs away.
