I have a 3570k that is Oc'd stable at 4.1 with fixed voltage off. It idles at 33c and load 60c. I tried to OC to 4.4 with 1.3v fixed voltage, and my computer refuses to start now. I can only see the asrock boot up logo and press delete to get into the bios, after which it freezes instantly and receives no input. I can't get into windows an can't stay in the bios to change the settings back to stable because the bios will freeze.

Here's my current specs:

AS Rock ATX Motherboard Z77 EXTREME4
Intel Core i5-3570K (OC'd to 4.1 GHz)
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 OC 3GB (Stock clocks)
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Samsung Electronics 840 Pro Series 2.5-Inch 256 GB
Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB Internal Desktop Hard Drive x2
Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler
Corsair Professional Series AX 850 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Gold

I can't get into the bios at all after OCing my CPU to 4.4mhz / 1.3v. I press delete and it shows the uefi interface but the screen is frozen. How can I get I get to the bios so I can change the CPU voltage and speeds back to normal?? Did I fry my CPU or mobo?? Should I try to remount my CPU?

There is a reset button which I pressed while the bios was frozen, then u restarted and still no luck. Is there a different time to press the reset button?

Tried resetting CMOS while power was off and this seemed to do the trick... I'm really glad I didn't mess up my hardware. Asrock has very user friendly boards, I'm impressed with their value.
