Why am I getting low performance?

Hi, I spent a whole bunch of money on a fancy gaming PC, but I am having a lot of frame rate drops in some newer games. I can usually run most 2010 and earlier games at max settings, but it seems like when I try with newer games, I either get frame rate drops or slowdowns/skipping. This happens when I play Skyrim and Bioshock Infinite.

Here are my specs:
AMD FX 8120 8-core running at 3.10 ghz
4 GB of RAM
320 GB HDD
MSI AMD Radeon 7850 OC edition
ASROCK 970DE3/U3S3 MOBO

I would suggest you buy codes online from the AMD Never settle deals for the real games. (all games activate on steam)

It's like $26-$35 for Bioshock infinite, Tomb raider, Farcry 3: blood dragon.

or around $20-30 for Bioshock infinite, crysis 3, farcry 3 blood dragon.

Way cheaper than what you would pay retail lol.

That bundle was supposed to come with my gpu, but the retailer I bought it from never gave me a code. It's also a pretty far drive, so I don't know if I care to make it.
