Hi guys.
Just looking for a little advice for some questions I have...
I want to build a mid-range budget gaming pc and I'm trying to keep the build around £600-£650ish.
Here are the specs I'm thinking of going with:
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z77 1155 (£180ish) or Asrock Z77 Pro3 Socket 1155 (£76ish)
*I'm undecided. With £100 difference do I really need the more expensive mobo? I'm only gaming, nothing fancy.
Processor: Intel 3rd Generation Core i5-3570K (4 x 3.40GHz, Ivy Bridge, Socket 1155, 6Mb L3 Cache. (£172)
*Thought about a AMD FX-8350 4GHz Socket AM3+ 16MB Cache (£167) but thought better of it.
Gfx card: MSI GTX660 TwinFroz111 2GB DDR5 (£172)
*I can't stretch to a GTX670
SSD: Kingston 60GB SSDNow V300 SSD Upgrade Kit with Adapter
*I want to use this just to run the OS, using my 1TB HDD for games,etc. Is this advisable? Should I get a cheaper one if I can find one? I've never had a SSD before so they're new to me.
PSU: Xfx Pro 550w Power Supply Unit (core Edition) (£45)
*I don't have a clue really what wattage to go for or what to look for with a PSU!? (including the price!)
RAM: Extra Value 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Memory (£45)
*I know it's cheap so should I at least go for branded? No idea how this stuff works!
Cooler: ARCTIC FREEZER 11 LP CPU (£13) or Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo (£25)
*I've never o/clocked a processor or gfx card before but I'm gonna give it a try with the above set up.
So I'm guessing I need some sort of cooler (air), not had one before so don't know what to look for?
OS: Windows 7. (£68)
*I've read Windows 8 is more for touch screens?

All the above comes in at around £755.00ish.
I need to squeeze the price down a tad still!
(I already have a 1TB SATA-III 3.5" HDD, DVD-R/W & Case).
I'm in the UK and have been looking on Ebuyer, Overclockers and Amazon! With Amazon mostly being cheaper for most parts!?
I'm upgrading from:

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+
Gfx card: AMD Radeon HD 6670
1TB HDD
4GB DDR2 RAM
Vista 64bit
So I'm looking forward to building this!
Any help muchly thankly.
