I made a post about this a while ago, my HDD seems to have click of death, but doesnt seem like a usual type.
Every now and then when the computer isnt doing anything my HDD will tick like a old grandfather clock, but, it goes away shortly after or if i open up task manager or the drive on computer.
It does appear to be getting more regular, but still will go away after a while. It seems its happening around every 5 minutes now.
Is this the click of death? I beleive its a sata drive, or maxtor.
