Hi,
I'm using Windows XP 32bit not Win7.
I just installed Flash for Internet Explorer and tested an iPlayer video. There was no corruption unlike in Firefox, but it did blank the screen out for a few seconds and then gave that VPU error report thing.

Also disabling Hardware Acceleration make no difference.

Quick ? can you use you tube downloader? and then download the file and open with VCL PLAYER?
to me sounds like something is corrupt in your files al tho windows is running fine something is a miss and yeah win xp and 7 aint a whole lot of difference another then have you tried opening these in a different compatablity mode? hope this helps.

Ok if you hmmm its just flash that's your problem im sorry I was thinking u tube a while back my g friend was having the same problems your having she plays those games online that use flash what we ended up doing was just wiping the drive out and starting over her system was more then enough to play those flash games with a quad core amd at 2,8 ghz and a radeon 4850 card so it depends on how bad the flash player games or what ever you are wanting to watch are to you at the time she had windows xp as well so when we wiped her system we installed win 7 and the problems went away after all the updates. In some strange way since micorsoft isn't going to support XP anymore around april of next yr I think a lot of the reasons folks are having problems now with XP is because of this wish I could be of more help.. good luck
