wanna buy myself a gaming rig upto INR 40k.. equivalent ~$720

hello everyone. i am planning to build a gaming pc for around INR 40k i.e. ~720 USD extendable upto Rs 42k max. I am inclined towards an intel cpu due to past experiences. I want something future proof and which can be upgraded later. Plz do mention the prices,it would help!!
P.S. 1) i don't own any component.
2) You can get an idea of the prices in my country from flipkart.com

what city do u live in avoid flipkart at any cost at the local market u will get at least a 10% difference in cost now to ur build
cpu:-i5-3470 = 10,500 Rs
gpu:-gtx 650 ti boost = 11,400 Rs
mobo:- gigabyte ga-b75-d3h = 3,900 Rs
ram:- corsair value 8gb(2x4gb 1600mhz) = 3200 Rs
dvd rw:- samsung sata = 900 Rs
hdd :- wd blue 1tb = 3,450 Rs
psu:-corsair vs 550 = 2850 Rs
case :- zebronics bijli = 1,100 Rs
total = 37,300
which leaves enough money for monitor and keyboards and mouse
monitor don't go higher than 900p or you will have to turn down ur settings in games
don't over spend on ur mouse and keyboard and u will have a very good budget build
