New system keeps rebooting after POST

Hi all this is my first post here on Tom's.
I bought an Intel Pentium G2020 and an Asus P8B75-M LX Plus yesterday installed everything but the thing doesn't boot properly it just keeps rebooting every 3~4 seconds after the POST.
I managed to install Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits after pressing DEL after the POST and picking the No Loader option on the GRUB menu, the system works fine when I do this but after I reboot it just goes on an infinite loop.

The system is:

MB: Asus P8B75-M LX Plus
CPU: Intel Pentium G2020
Memory: 2x2GB Kingston HyperX 1600Mhz
SSD: OCZ Agility 3 60GB

The PSU memory and SSD were working fine on another computer two days ago.
I updated the BIOS but the problem is still there.
Changed SSD from SATA3 to SATA2 = same problem.
When I press DEL on startup it brings me up the GRUB menu, if i pick the No Loader option the system boots normally otherwise it does the same thing over and over again.

Thanx in advance.

Thank you for the reply.
I did check the SATA mode its AHCI.
I'm not using dual boot just Windows 7 but somehow I have this GRUB for dos option, instead of going to the BIOS when I press DEL I have acess to this menu and when I pick the No Loader option its fine.

So far:

PSU is fine.
Memory is fine.
SSD is fine.
BIOS is up to date.
The machine is up and running as I'm posting this but if I reboot it just goes on an infinite loop.
One thing I've noticed is that the BIOS resets after some reboots, I changed the full logo screen option and now its back on.
I'm guessing a faulty motherboard?

Seem like the Windows copy I was installing was not legal therefore the system would not boot properly.

I installed another copy of Windows 7 from an original disc and the problem is gone so far no more reboots.

I guess it has to do with the board security options.
