Hello everyone this is my first time buildinga gaming pc whihc is very exciting i need expert opinion on what i need to change or do to make my system more efficient any part i would need to change and would benefit me in the long term as well for now i currently still researching learning on the difference and balance between cpu / gpu and motherboard any advise would be greatly a appreciated thank you

don't waste on the anti-static band I've NEVER used 1 and have yet to fry anything.

If it were me, I would put $900 into it. Also, the air cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo performs better and is cheaper than the H50. Idk if you need/want to add thermal compound, but Arctic Silver 5 is great. I'd put a little more money into the mobo, get a black edition WD drive, and get a 600W Corsair or SeaSonic PSU minimum.

Otherwise, it's a pretty solid build

Im in NYC
I can drive to a one & about overclocking im not sure most of the research i did was on benchmark numbers which the i5 3570k scores great on .

question should i go lower on my CPU AND HIGH on the GPU like the AMD HD7870 OR GTX 660TI ?
