I have following configuration
motherboard: microatx simm-g31e(k)
Hard drive : 500gb samsung + 80gb seagate
ram : 3gb ddr2
Cpu: e5700
Dvd drive: 1xdvd drive
gpu : gt 240 1gb ddr3
os: windows 8
Seasonic SS400BT PSU

Basically GPU assume your using crap PSU's that can't even make the advertied power rating, since Seasonic is a know quality brand (not saying that they never have problems) and your PC is not even pulling that much power from your current configuration you will be fine.
 


You have plenty of amps on the 12v rails, and your PC will never draw more than 300w. Nvidia recommends a 450w PSU because they can't bank on everyone having a quality PSU - some 450w PSUs only have 18 amps on the 12v rails, which probably isn't enough for your setup. Good thing you have one of the highest-quality brands.
