What is the Best Wattage for this Setup?

Currently I have a i3-2120 at 65w max tdp and a Galaxy GTX 650 ti Boost 2gb at 134w on a Gigabyte B75 MB and a Corsair CX430 PSU. I also have a WD Blue 1tb HDD, Corsair Extreme SDD, Pioneer BD-R and Asus DVD-RW. So far I have no problems at all and my system runs great on W7Ult 64-bit.

I am pretty certain I will be upgrading to a new 1150 MB and Intel i5-4670k which I will likely overclock to some relatively modest threshold. I also plan to SLI my GPU by adding another GTX 650 ti Boost 2gb. I have a good CPU cooler (EVGA Superclock) and will need most likely four additional case fans, two 120mm, two 140mm. The new processor will likely run at 84w at load.

What wattage PSU can I buy now that will be sufficient and efficient for this specific build? I plan on having this rig for a long time and want to create a very complementary build, this being my second build ever.

Thanks for all your help. I plan on also adding a second WD Blue 1tb HDD. I would need it to be good for SLI, for overclocking a CPU and don't need certain models as a suggestion but you can if you would like to recommend a product. I am looking for merely a wattage that will be good for my future SLI, overclocked quad-core rig.
