C.Hegge, an Aussie reviewer, has re-capped a number of the CX-600 PSUs; they're the ones apparently using Samxon. That kitguru review is of a modular version, and is different. That one looks a lot better.
Anyway, nothing else there screams to be replaced. Go for it!

Looks a good solid build only a couple of reccs from me and thats try to get the...

AMD FX 6350 Unlocked Six Core Processor
Corsair Builder Series Modular CX600M 600 Watt 80 PLUS .....http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=33_442&item_id=056811

The Corsair CX units are made by CWT, not Seasonic, using some inferior Samxon capacitors known for early failure.
You can save $10 by getting a $20 Xigmatek Gaia instead of the CM Hyper212 EVO. It cools within 1C but is up to 6db quieter per Frostytech reviews.

I heard that the 6350 doesnt overclock as high as the 6300?.

Ok didn't know that, thought the coolmaster was good since i have seen many people using it

Many people do use it. I'm not saying it is a bad cooler, just that it's a bang/buck loser with the similar-performing Gaia for 2/3 of the price.
I even skipped my typical rant about CM being a dishonest company and undeserving of your (or anyone's) business. Strictly on value, it loses.

The CX-430s have used Teapo and Samxon, but the CX-600M appears to be using Japanese capacitors, at least as of now. (http://www.kitguru.net/components/power-supplies/zardon/corsair-builder-series-modular-cx600m-psu-review/4/).
