My newly built computer restarts while booting. Help Please

I built my own computer about 5 days ago and when i shut it down for long period of time, such as 5 or more hours, when i turn it back on it restarts before I can even access the bios and it will restart repeatedly unless i unplug it and the status code on the motherboard states 30 meaning Resuming from ACPI state S3. If i unplug my PSU from the wall and plug it back in, it will boot perfectly fine. My computer runs perfectly except for this. Please Help!

Motherboard - intel DZ77GA-70K
RAM - Corsair 16 gigs
Processor - intel i5-3570K
GPU - Nvidia Geforce GTX 660
PSU - Cooler Master GX 750w

Make sure the 20 pin power connector is firmly attached to MOBO, check the connection on the CPU 4 or 8 pin connector, and that the connectors for the front power and reset button are firmly in place with no bent pins. It sounds like a loose or bad connection, or even possibly a shorted/damaged power or reset button.
