Is it worth watercooling my HD7770

I have a system right now that has utterly basic aircooling, but I am thinking about watercooling soon. I am just wondering if it would be worth watercooling my ASUS HD7770

Nope, not worth it, that Asus is damn good as is and will already let you overclock it as much as the HD7770 can.
What CPU do you have?

There are no water blocks made for HD7770 as far as I know, pretty sure that one uses a custom PCB to boot.

All in all, it's not even worth it.

No. I would recommend you put the money towards a better GPU and case than a watercooler for your current GPU. There is a certain point to where you OC and you won't get any more benefit from the card. Maybe if you buy a HD 7870 LE I could see you buying a water cooler as that GPU has a somewhat noisy cooler. But anything lower than a midrange GPU, I don't see the money spent worth it. IMO, same goes for CPU coolers. Just buy air cooler. you can get one for cheaper than what you'd spend on a watercooling system.

The 7770 sips power, cant imagine there would be any need to water-cool it.
And as BigTroll pointed out, the block (if one exists) would end up costing as much as the card.
