I'm tired of fans, is this PSU powerful enough?

Solution

It's not ideal:

Nevertheless, just because you had issues with a single PSU doesn't mean you pickup a fan-less unit.
Ok thanks, even after my overclocks?

I'm aware my system will still make quite a bit of noise, just had a bad experience with a Corsair PSU recently where the fan would run at 100% at anything but idle, and can't be bothered with them anymore.

I'm sure the amount of people that have had bad experiences with fans in PSUs is negligible to those without problems. I have a PCP&C silencer mkIII and when I unplug every fan in my computer I cannot hear it spinning even with my head inside the case.

Hmm you might be right, though looking around its hard to tell if results are given as wattage pulled from the wall, or after the PSU has done its work. Some review sites are listing Titan SLI as 600w with a 3570k at 4.2, so I think I should be ok.

Thanks.
