My computer was working perfect, i just moved it home now and it wont boot. ive tried re-seating everything and it still wont boot. I heard a clicking noise I thought was a fan at first, but it definitly sounds like the Hard Drive is clicking quietly. Could this be the cause of my PC not booting?

Motherboard: Asus F1A75-V EVO
Hard Drive: Western Digital Green 1T

nope. pc not booting isn't caused by a bad hard drive

only a couple of things can cause this...

1) mb is grounding out somewhere
2) mb is broken
3) ram is broken/not seated properly
4) cpu is broken/not seated properly
5) psu is broken
6) power switch is broken

lots of ways to test these parts without replacing them. i'd start with the psu and power switches... then i'd pull the ram out, and try it one at a time, in different slots... then i'd pull the motherboard out make sure nothing is behind it, it's clean, not broken physically, while the mb is out i'd double check the cpu. then i'd reset your bios with the CLRCMOS jumper.

If all these tests turn up nothing it's likely the cpu/mb... mb most likely that's broken.

Check under the mb for drop screws that could be shorting out your pc.
Try bare boning it. One ram stick and just the gpu plugged in.unplug the cd rom and hard drives. If you can get the CMOS post screen to show up then plug the drives in one at a time.
