For you, I would recommend a good air cooler so that you can overclock your processor for more performance, as well as a GPU like an AMD HD7790 2GB or a GTX650Ti Boost:

Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler ($36.99):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

AMD HD7790 2GB ($169.99):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

nVidia GTX650Ti BOOST 2GB ($169.99):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Both the recommended cards should be pretty equal in terms of performance. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your reply I forgot to mention though im here in Australia and newegg doesn't ship here so I'm stuck at my local retailers .
I'm not to confident in overclocking .
This is the cheapest shop here in Australia .
It's called MSY here is a link http://msy.com.au/Parts/PARTS.pdf I'm leaning more towards nvidia but if amd are better performance I will go that thanks
Ps I will look into over clocking

From that store, I would recommend either a HD7850 2GB or a GTX660. For the price point, the 660 is most likely your best bet.

I agree about the 7850 or GTX660.
You might consider a PSU upgrade though.

BTW Modest overclocking really isn't that hard

+ 1 smeezekitty the psu is only 2 months old it replaced a generic atx 550 that died
So I don't want to get rid of that . But thank you all for your reply
I'm going to get the gtx 660 tomorrow after work .
