Is 45-50C on idle good?

On load I don't go past 70. The only way I can get past this is by running prime95 for hours. But if I run prime95 for 15-30 mins it only reaches 69C.

I'm currently using a Hyper 212 EVO. This is my rig: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/BloodyValley/saved/1nom

Can someone please tell me if the temperatures are fine? I tried re-applying thermal paste but nothing changed. I just bought a 200mm fan today and the temps did not change either.

How much thermal paste did you use? Using to much can cause high temps becuase thats pretty damn high for an none overclocked i5 3570k? or is this overclocked?

Yeah, that doesn't sound right. You have a fan on the Hyper 212, right?
