Anything over 85 is hot, however GPU's seem to tolerate higher overall temps. I have seen people saying the have temps over 100, but I would say, way too hot! There is no reason to panick if you are in the 70 to 85 range, but it can't hurt to try to get your temps lower if possible, either by better case air flow or an aftermarket cooler. If you are running your system all day and it is always in the 80's or higher, it would be advisable to do something to bring the temps down as much is reasonably within your budget to increase long-term reliability. Air coolers such a Arctic's Twin Accelero for $40, will bring your max temps down 20C or more!
