Change the 7770 to a 650 TI. On PC part picker, they are around the same price (TI may be a little more, but not by much)
Other than that, is there anything else? E.G. Case, PSU?

instead of getting a new gpu wouldn't it be better to crossfire with another hd 7770

You always want to avoid multi-GPU setups unless absolutely needed, particularly with AMD GPUs. A single, stronger card will give you far fewer headaches.

It'd actually be more expensive to purchase 2 7770s, along with what ^ said.
I found a 7770 going for around $80 the other day. 650 TI is just a bit over that, around 95-100.
