Monitor gets "No Signal" from Video Card

I'm in the process of building a new desktop. Parts arrived today via Newegg. I purchased a Roswill Thor case, AMD FX 8-Core Processor, ASUS Sabertooth 990fx 2.0 Mother Board, Toshiba 3 TB Hard Drive, and two sticks of Ripjaw 8gb RAM.
Now I've transplanted the Video Card; a Radeon HD 7750 and the Power Supply; an Aspire 650 Watt PSU.
After plugging everything in, I went for the initial start-up. At first the issues I noted were a solid-red CPU_LED, but I fixed this by setting the PSU's back tab to 115 instead of 230. However, the issue that persists is the monitor; an ASUS LCD doesn't get a signal from the Graphics Card after being plugged in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated in the matter.

Yes, Im hearing the Beep. And I should add to further diagnoses that the fan on the graphics card is spinning as well.

is it a single beep? or multiple.

if your motherboard / CPU has intergraded graphics you will need to go into your motherboard's bios (remove your video card) and set the VGA order and make sure that PCI-E is top of that list.

check your mobo instruction guide, as it should have a key to decode the cryptic beeps you get from POST. If it is indeed your graphics card try using integrated graphics first to turn it on, then try the graphics card.

Try this:
Try a different output. If you are using VGA, use the DVI connecter (With the adapter of course) and that may fix it. That has indeed happened to me before, and it may be what is happening to you.

I've attempted a different connector, using an HDMI cable, but no success. I'm still getting the "No Signal" prompt from my monitor. Unfortunately, this MoBo does not have on board graphics, so Im unable to enter Bios until I can sort through this.

The beep in question is a singular beep, followed by a few lesser clicking noises. It sounds almost exact to other start-up noises I've noticed from other ASUS MoBos. I'm attempting to re-connect everything from step 1, to be sure Im not missing anything. Once I get this sorted, I'll post an update.
