Like can I add laptop memory, laptop add-on cards, internal ssd or something to help games run faster and the graphics card is amd radeon hd 7520g

You can add up to 8GB total of RAM, no laptop add-on slot is available and an SSD will not help you in gaming. That HD7520G is onboard graphics that is not meant for gaming and still shares system memory.
