New system build feedback

Hi all. First time posting after hearing good things from a friend.
I'm looking to build a new system. Nothing crazy. I don't do much gaming, but do some studio recording and would like to stream videos/movies to my tv once in a while.

Motherboard:

Mainly due to the IDE connector. I have a newish 500GB HD and a DVD-RW I'd like to reuse.

Mainly due to the s-video out

I was wondering if these parts would work good together. Any bottlenecks, etc.
I plan on running XP pro, so I know I can only go up to 4gb of ram.

This would be an upgrade from and AthlonXP 1.7Mz Chip with 684MB ram with a GeForce4 MX 4000 Video Card.

Agree with above get the Corsair PSU unless you want your PSU to blowup. Cooler Master makes some good products but there PSU are not one of them. If you are not gaming the rest of your build should be OK for what you are going to use it for.

And I would imagine, the video card I selected would be the bottleneck if I were to do some gaming?

Mainly due to the s-video out < I you don't need the s video out there are way better cards for the price.

I was a bit skeptical on this card being referbished and from some of the negative reviews, also the power requirments. But would it be worth a shot? It does have the s-video out I'm looking for. I have a full tower case, so the size shouldn't be an issue.

I think I found my video card. It's an old one, but should perform considerably better than my first choice. And the price is right.
