Games - i5 and FX-8350 are pretty close to eachother. FX has a viable upgrade path.
Video editing - FX wins here due to pure throughput.

FX-8350 wins here.

If this is for both gaming and video editing, it is quite a bit unbalanced. A 7750 and an 8320 are quite unbalanced. What is your budget?

As others have stated, if you are going with a fair amount of video editing the FX is the better one.

As for the two GPUs, what brands? But GDDR5 is much faster than GDDR3, thus giving the 1GB an edge if I am not mistaken.
