Be aware you'll have to buy a Z77 motherboard for the 3570k (Not have to, but its nice to have). I would go for the i5, as it'll be more suited for your uses. Really, the 8350 is better in some applications, but it does require a little bit of tinkering and it does really matter on what you do. I'd go for the 3570k.

If you buy an FX 8350 you'll need a new motherboard too.

Well I'm guessing you are getting a new motherboard as well since you are looking into AMD vs Intel. Hands down... the i 3570k is better, especially for gaming, photoshopping and the like.
None of the two CPU will ever be a problem for your video card though.

i have no lga 1155 motherboard i am buying new pc
so now i am using my old c2d e7500 with asus lga 775 mobo

so if i buy amd then i will able to buy new corsair 1600mhz ram
if i buy i5 i am not able to buy new but if i5 is better than i will buy i5
i have 4 gig of ram not know company name but gives me 6.5 (good or bad idk) windows experience index

so i am highly confused between them about it
so help me i see some of videos about amd fx8350 vs i5 3570k
the amd wins and give more fps in multitasking games like crysis 3,2 and other and i5 give single threading better performance idk about what is this and which one is better overclocking?

Personal preference really. You'll be happy with both. I'd advise the i5 3570k as my personal preference. 8GB of ram is not important at this time really. Get the i5 and buy more ram later.. ram is dirt cheap.

Well you need to be careful here. What kind of RAM is it? Is it DDR2 or DDR3? If you want to keep the DDR2 RAM you will need a motherboard that supports DDR2 and I don't know how available they are if you need a LGA 1155 socket. The standard motherboards only support DDR3 RAM these days...
